Returns Policy
We have a 30 day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unopened, with any tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions from us on how and where you can return the package. Unfortunately, items that are returned to us without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Please contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged or defective, or if you have received an incorrect item. We assess the problem and provide a suitable solution.

Please note: Opened perfumes cannot be returned and are therefore not accepted as returns.

 

Exchange
Would you like to receive a different item? The fastest way is to return the current item. Once your return has been accepted, you can reorder the desired item.

Refund
As soon as we have received and checked your return shipment, you will receive a message from us. We will let you know whether your return has been approved.

When the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that it can sometimes take several days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
